"The final death toll was still not clear, he said, but he anticipated similar sittings every day at 9.30am for the foreseeable future. Among the names read to the court were those of the two drivers, Brian Cooper, 52, and Michael Hodder, 31, both married. The youngest victim so far identified was 24, the oldest 61."
