snippet: Bob the Builder is back at Number One for the second time, with a little help from actor Neil Morrissey, with his version of Lou Bega`s `Mambo No.5`. He`s just one place ahead of this summer`s `Groovejet` - Parisian musician Guillaume Atlan`s `Starlight`, featuring vocals by Mani Hoffman and released under the name Supermen Lovers, goes straight in at Number Two and is unlikely to budge from the Top Ten before the summer is officially over.
There`s little change in the rest of the Top Five. Last week`s chart-topper, `Too Close` by Blue, drops to Three; last week`s Three, `Follow Me` by Uncle Kracker, falls one place to Four; and Five`s former Number One hit `Let`s Dance` drops three places to Number Five.
