snippet: The FBI has offered a $5million reward for information leading to the capture of 22 terrorist suspects, including Osama bin Laden and two deputies, Ayman al-Zawahri and Mohamed Atef, who were named yesterday by President Bush in Washington DC.

"Terrorism has a face and today we expose it for the world to see," said Mr Bush, one month on from the atrocities in New York and Washington DC, promising the "evildoers and their associates" that "no corner of the world will be dark enough to hide in."

The Mirror publishes all 22 photographs online today, along with the FBI`s profiles of the suspects, which make no mention of the September 11th attacks.

Meanwhile, after the fourth night of US and British military strikes on targets in Afghanistan, The Guardian reports that Kabul and other Afghan cities are ablaze. "Jets screamed over the capital," reports Luke Harding from Islamabad, "as bombs and missiles struck at targets around the city, including the airport and near a central residential area."

"The Pentagon is adding 5,000-pound `bunker-buster` bombs to the mix of weapons aimed at shaking up the Taliban and laying ground for commando raids," says The Independent. Two relatives of Taliban leader Mullah Mohammad Omar were reported to have died in an attack on his home in Kandahar. The Taliban says that over 100 people have so far been injured and 76 killed, including ten civilians who died in last night`s bombing raids. [... more]
