who: George W Bush
what: Says "I do not have anthrax" after traces are found in White House mail facility
where: Washington DC
when: Yesterday
snippet: "The White House yesterday became the latest target of the anthrax terror campaign," reports The Guardian. "A spokesman for the Bush administration confirmed that a small concentration of anthrax had been found in a sorting office which handles post for the presidency."
