LuaLua Fizzes In 4-0 Victory

snippet: Newcastle manager Sir Bobby Robson has singled out striker Lomano LuaLua for special praise at St James` Park last night, says the BBC, after the 21-year-old scored the first two goals in his side`s 4-0 win over West Ham in which Alan Shearer and Nolberto Solano also found the net.
"He has... a fizz about him - nobody knows what he is going to do," says Robson. "I don`t and he doesn`t, so nor can anybody else. He delights the public and the crowd love him."
Newcastle did not break the stalemate throughout the first hour, but LuaLua`s goals were a "deserved reward for his non-stop effort," says The Telegraph`s Henry Winter, who credits "the master man-manager" for imbuing him with "self-belief".
"The statistics tell their own story," says Tim Rich in The Independent. "LuaLua went 36 games, most admittedly as a substitute, before scoring his first goal for Newcastle at the end of last season, but has now found the net five times in six games, including two against West Ham United, the club he supported as a boy."
