They knock `Sweet Dreams My LA Ex` by Rachel Stevens down two places from Two to Four and Jamelia`s `Superstar` moves up from Six to Three. There are three new entries in the lower half of the Top Ten. The Strokes make their much-anticipated return with `12:51` at Seven, Texas have their first hit in three years with `Carnival Girl` and the Fast Food Rockers prove they weren`t one hit wonders by reaching Number Ten with `Say Cheese (Smile Please)`.
