snippet: There are a surprising seven new entries in the Top Ten this week but there`s no shifting Black Eyed Pease from the top spot. Their collaboration with Justin Timberlake, `Where Is The Love?`, holds on for a third week. Justin`s solo single, `Senorita`, debuts at a disappointing 13, although to be fair his album has only just dropped out of the Top 20 after 46 weeks on the chart.
There`s a new entry at Two for ex-S Club singer Rachel Stevens with her first solo single, `Sweet Dreams My LA Ex`, written by Cathy Dennis, knocking last week`s Number Two, Dido`s `White Flag`, down one place to Three.
Westlife are new at Four with their 14th successsive Top 5 single, `Hey Whatever`, while former Eternal singer Louise makes a long-awaited return to the charts with `Pandora`s Kiss` at Five.
American rockers Nickelback are at Six with `Someday` and - along with Dido and Black Eyed Peas - Big Brovaz are the only other survivors from last week`s Top Ten with `Baby Boy` dropping from Four to Seven.
Jamelia`s upbeat floorfiller `Superstar` is new at Eight and So Solid Crew seek to tell their own controversial story on `Broken Silence` at Nine. Finally, Limp Bizkit make their chart comeback at Number Ten with `Eat You Alive`.
It`s equally fast-moving over on the album chart with The Darkness clinging to the top despite new entries from Starsailor, David Bowie, Seal, DMX and Hayley Westenra in the Top Ten this week. [... more]
