"Sacked art mistress Sarah Forsyth secretly taped a conversation with Harry to prove she was allegedly instructed by another Eton teacher to help him cheat."
The 30 year-old says she was ordered by senior art teacher Ian Burke to help the prince with a piece of coursework in May 2002. She accuses Mr Burke of bullying and helping pupils cheat and says the school ignored her complaints about him, so she was driven to make a recording of Harry admitting he had written just a "tiny, tiny bit" of his coursework to back up her accusations. All this emerged yesterday in a pre-hearing for an employment tribunal in nearby Reading at which Miss Forsyth is claiming unfair dismissal and sex discrimination.
"She claimed that on a number of occasions [Mr Burke] undermined her and offered no help in improving her teaching abilities," says The Telegraph. "One time, she claims, he entered her lesson and told her that it was `boring` and told the pupils to go next door to another teacher."
However, The Sun is very sceptical. Reporters Jamie Pyatt and Paul Thompson say parts of the one-minute tape are inaudible "and others seem to have been rubbed or recorded over". [... more]
