snippet: Elvis Presley is Number One in the charts for the third time this year with `It`s Now Or Never`, the Anglicised version of `O Sole Mio` and his fourth single in as many weeks. Chart commentator James Masterton, writing for Yahoo! Launch, notes that a similar feat has only been achieved once before and that, too, was by a deceased artist - John Lennon, in the weeks immediately following his death, when `Just Like Starting Over`, `Imagine` and `Woman` were interrupted by a one week run for, of all things, `There`s No-One Quite Like Grandma`.

There`s a new entry at Two for Ashanti`s `Only U` and last week`s chart-topper - `Goodies` by Ciara - drops to Three. There`s a new entry at Four for the Tsunami relief fund-raiser `Grief Never Grows Old` by One World Project, a star-studded collective which includes Robin and Barry Gibb, Cliff Richard and members of The Who, The Beach Boys, The Rolling Stones.

And there are still four more new entries to come in a Top Ten where only three singles have survived from last week. `Shine` by Lovefreekz - which borrows the hook from ELO`s `Shine A Little Love` - is new at Six, `Do This Do That` by teen rock band Freefaller is new at Seven, rapper Xzibit is new at Nine with `Hey Now (Mean Muggin)` and the Hanson brothers are back at Number Ten with `Penny And Me`, their first chart single for almost five years.
