snippet: The 43-year-old, twice-married father of two admitted a total of 30 charges, says The Times. He "pretended to be an expert counsellor, a neuro-psychiatrist, a plastic surgeon and even a professor who had trained at Harvard and Oxford," says The Telegraph. He also "acted as an expert witness in the case of a man jailed for sex crimes". In other news from the courts, the former boyfriend of schoolgirl Jodi Jones was found guilty of her murder on Friday; Swansea taxi driver Nigel Phillips was accused of raping a 15 year-old passenger; two schoolgirls from Welwyn Garden City were sentenced to two years detention for kidnapping a fellow 12-year-old and torturing her for three hours; thief Selina Hakki was jailed for five years for drugging her victims with rohypnol; 24 year-old Nigel O`Neill from St John`s Wood, North West London, was jailed for life for stabbing his pregnant girlfriend to death following what The Sun calls "a sex romp with another couple"; and The Mirror reports from Kansas City, Missouri, where 36 year-old Lisa Montgomery went on trial accused of murdering eight months pregnant Bobbie Jo Stinnett and "ripping the foetus from her womb".
