snippet: While pushing her toddler son in a buggy in the virtually crime-free Surrey village of Little Bookham last Wednesday, Mrs Witchalls was stabbed in the back of the neck by her assailant, leaving her paralysed, but the 26-year-old was able to describe him using blinks and mouthed words. A 25 year-old man was arrested this Wednesday and questioned by police the following day.
